German Eye Question ?

I have a German Eye modle 20SS traper,hammer forged surgical steel,does anyone know what steel they use,mine holds a very good edge.easy to sharpen,out of the box a perfect knife,like to hear what other members think of German eye knives.

I think German Eye brand knives are quite good. Certainly affordable. The sharpest pocket knife I have ever owned was a German Eye Brand knive. for a traditional style knife they are great!! I wish they made a bigger folding hunter.
