i was at an antique shop this weekend with my brother and my nephew. my nephew knowing i like knives called me over when he saw this old german hunting knife. the blade was rusted and the handle was a deer antler with an elk carved into it and the blade said bedora solingen germany or at least thats what i made out. i did a google search and nothing knife related came up. has any one heard of this maker? i will probably go back this weekend and pick it up as they are only open on weekends. thanks

It probably says Decora Solingen.
You will find them on Ebay every week.
If the blade isn't deeply pitted and only light surface rust, in the right hands the knife will have many years of service left.
They are of low value, but good users for those of us, who likes knives as they used to be.
