German Lockback Pocket Knife

Looking to get a lockback, or if limited by choices a trapper-style pocket knife. Looking for one made in germany and prefer a Damascus blade and stag handle.

I live only an hour away from the non BF dealer and and looked at a few Bokers (mostly tactical), Hen & Rooster, and German Bull, and out of them all found the Hen & Rooster to my liking.

Noticed on their website that they also carry German Eye, but most of which are out of stock or on backorder. I didn't get a chance to look for them in the store.

I will probably go back on Saturday and pick one out.

Specs:
- German Made
- Lockback
- Damascus Blade
- Stag Handle

Any recommendations would be great!

Made by Friedrich Hartkopf in Solingen here in Germany. Damascus blade made by Markus Balbach and a lockback design. I´m sure, they´ll be found with stag handles as well.

I know a retailer that ships from Germany to the US.

Yeah that looks great, send me a link to the retailer if you don't mind.

Böker do a very nice LB in Washboard Bone, carbon. You can get them in Dam too...

Look out for Weidmannsheil knives too, LBs in stag, bone and horn.

Looking at the Hen & Rooster stag lockback as well... any idea where they are made? Some say Germany, others say Spain.

Damn the moderator is a piece of work isn't he?

the robert klaas monolith is made in damascus, very elegant looking lockback in the style of a buck 110. In my experience you need to check the finish on them in person before buying though.
