I was wondering if anyone had any info on this sword. I know it wasn’t used in battle and was used for parades etc. it’s got a name stamped on the blade toward the handle. Any info would be great.

You should post this in the World Militaria Forum. There should be some hallmarks and stamps on the hilt showing who made it, these swords are widely reproduced and some are well done.
