I collect this model of multi-tool axe. I have several from different countries.
Premier - USA.
Bridgeport - USA.
Anco - China.
Swordfish - China.
Romunder - Germany.
Solingen - Germany.
Imbel - Brazil.
A friend showed up with one, he suspects it's German, but we're not sure.
Based on its features, I believe it's a Solingen, but I don't recognize the timbre.
Does anyone have more concrete information to help?

I found someone who restored a GOTT Solingen. The axes are very similar. However, the timbre doesn't match.

There are many models and brands on eBay, but importing them into Brazil is very difficult. There are a lot of taxes on imports, which greatly increases the cost.
Unfortunately.

That is a neat collection! From the days when things were shipped in wood crates.
Thank you.
Exactly. The only one that is modern is the all-black Imbel, produced from 2020 onwards, along with the older Imbel models from the 60s and 70s and the mid-90s.
But the modern one is of a high level of quality.

The inscription "IROQUOIS", can you tell me anything about it?
Is it a tribute to the Iroquois tribes?
Just a reference?
Does it mean something else in English?

I guess it can be described as a tribute to the Iroquois people. American companies would often use the names of tribes to sell their products. It is interesting to note that Bridgeport is in Connecticut which was the former territory of the Algonquians. Algonquians were rivals to the Iroquois.
