I got a knife from my dad a few years ago as a college graduation gift, it was his when he was in the boy scouts (1950's), and it was refurbished to nearly pristine state. It's a PIC knife, from Solingen Germany, and on the opposite side of the knife it says Sheriff Knife. The blade is about 6" long, and the handle is I think banded nickel and leather. Anybody know the value of these things? I'm definately not trying to sell it, as the intrinsic value well outweighs the monetary value.

PIC is Precise International. Large numbers of them were imported into the US, so the value is not very high. I have a stag-handled PIC that I bought in the late 60s (first knife I ever bought with my own money).
