German Solingen Hunting Knife?

This knife was passed down to me by my grandfather, and I cant find another like it after doing quite a bit of research. The only markings on it are 2 words which say Rostfei (which I believe means stainless steel), and Solingen (which I believe to be the company that produces it. Not 100% sure but I believe the handle is made of deer antler and the blade is of course made of stainless steel. I did find a few that were similar but none with a very sharp serrated type thing going on, opposite to the sharpened side of the blade. Can anyone tell me more about this and possibly what it is worth? Ill link a couple pictures.

the knife is made by EDGE a german co, the steel is stainless from solingen germany. a region I feel only matched by Seki City japan as the greatest steel and knife makers. value is priceless, but sadly $100 to 150. I have many the same and hope you keep this one. it is in great shape, as these knives are users, and Germany was a tough place after the wars.

The rules clearly state that, at your membership level, you are not allowed to ask for values, so I will not give one.

It's a very, very common German knife (they were, literally, the "gas station" knives of their day), but as mentioned in the earlier post, priceless since it was your grandfather's. Whether you want it to be a user or safe queen is your call.

I have a very similar knife myself in carbon steel. Its a great user. And looks neat on a shelf when its not being used.
