It's actually a can opener: and a very efficient one too. Punch the sharp end into the edge of the can and hook the point of the bottle opener under the rim and lever up, progressing forward each time. It works a treat, even when I'm not hungry; twenty days into a campaign, on dry rations, and a can of bully beef would be accessed in seconds. The cork screw is correct as well, if you noticed. The leather stitching tool makes more sense if you know how much horse power was used by the Germans in WW2. Screwdriver and cable stripper to boot. An SAK and no mistake.
