I found a 3 1/2" long x 1/2" wide with 3 blades pocket knife in a box of old things.
German Eye located in 3 places with Premium Quality
Hammer Forged
Solinger Germany (German Eye either side) Other eye is on different blade with Germany under it
Has a very colorful glittery handle.
Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Welcome to the forum. I assume you have a Carl Schlieper knife from Solingen. Pictures would help with identification and you might try posting your inquiry in the Traditional Knives subforum.
This video from Herr Schmalhaus tells a little about the history of Carl Schlieper, even though it's regarding a different knife from your own.

German Eye Brand is a good one.
Are the blades spear point main, sheepsfoot and Spey secondaries (stockman) or is one of the secondaries a punch (punch stockman) or pen blade (cattle knife)?

I love my two early 70s three Eyes. A canoe and a stockman. Canoe is carbon, stockman is stainless. Both are really good at getting scary sharp and holding an edge.

Really cannot proceed without pictures. Use Imgur or similar photo hosting site, copy the image tag and paste it here with your post. Plenty of advice in the Technical section here about how to do post pix.

Colourful handles suggests they are Celluloid or Acrylic, and the German knife making city is SOLINGEN.

Clip point main, sheepsfoot & pen, so I guess cattle knife
Thought of one other possibility.
If the main is at one end, and both secondaries are on the other, with the main nesseled between them, it's a whittler pattern.

Older Eye Brand knives are supposedly very nice. However, I bought two of their recently produced knives (a stag handled small texas toothpick and a 3.5 inch jigged bone half congress) directly from the factory and they were very disappointing. They cost slightly more than a modern Case XX knife but are of much worse quality. At least the two I got were. Very bad fit and finnish, bad walk and talk, basically just overpriced junk sold under the brand name of old quality. That was my experience, hopefully others had a better one ...

Older ones are great. I wouldn’t buy a new one as I’ve heard their quality plummeted from others as well. I have two from 70s I consider top quality, better than Case or Boker.

Yup, sadly a lot has changed in Solingen ...

The Carl Schlieper factory hasn't made any knives since 1993. That's when they went bankrupt. All knives made after '93 were made by other Solingen factories mainly Olbertz. Most of these knives were pretty nice, but the more recent ones from say the last 5 years have shoddy fit and finish. Not sure what factory made them.
