Hi Guys,

I know this isn't the typical type of Camillus cutlery that's discussed on this forum, but I was wondering if y'all could help me out.

I'm looking for a little Camillus knife I saw for sale in some catalog that was billed as a replica of a knife George Washington had carried as a boy. It had a synthetic pearl handle and a little blade (in relation.)

If you know what I'm talking about let me know.

Thanks,
Tom

Hi Will,

Thanks for the info. WOW that blade is 4" long and the handle is 7"?

I thought it was a little knife. :)

I guess I'll have to order one and see what it's all about.

Regards,
Tom

Wow is right, for a Pen Knife this thing sounds huge.
What was George using for a quill, a Giant Condor feather?

NO, NO, NO!

Wrong Specs!!!! I don't have exact specs but roughly 3" closed and 4 1/2" open. And that may be too big.

:( Man! I really wanted a combat penknife. :(

I kind of figured it wasn't that big. I have no idea what those dimensions are for.

Later,
Tom

P.S. Actually he diddn't use their feather at all Phil. He just dipped their beaks in the the ink and wrote with the birds carcass slung over this shoulder. ;)
