FINALLY! I got a 1725CBB Junk Yard Dog! I have wanted one for a long time. Now I am at peace and everything is sunshine and lollipops.

Congrats on picking that up. Love mine. Now we need some pics or it didn't happen.:D

"Piece" of what?? :)

I blame the excitement.

As it happens, its what I got on me this morning. Picked mine up just last month and I love it, batwing clip and all. Still debating if I should mod it, mostly new clip in the propper position (tip up) and a choil. While I truly believe choils are a waste of good cutting edge, the shark fin like flipper is just asking to be ground down. I do have a question, is the last B a misprint in 1725CBB?

I'll add a few pic's

I have the original CB, and used to think the key-hole type of pattern looked better, but I'm liking the saw-teeth look more these days.:D

If the extra "B" is indeed a misprint and the only reason for the XXXX blem marking then you may have a unique one and personally I'd keep it stock.

Its a blem, it was meant for modding, and its not that exclusive as the OP has the same markings. Besides too late :)

Add one choil, and etched and stone washed the bat clip. I will probably deepen the choil but Im giving it a day or two. Will either grind down the pocket clip or attempt to tap holes on the proper end of the knife, and replace the clip altogether.

The stone washed is more apparent in the below photo

Next I would like to find a set of stand offs sized at .156 and drilled for 2-56. There are only two holes on the handle, Im hoping the two stand offs will provide proper structural integrity, most knives have three
