Spartacus starts back up tonight on Starz. I love this show. I have been waiting all week just for tonight. Maybe not a true historical recreation but still awesome. Just sad that this is the final season.

Anybody else tuning in?

It is the best show I have EVER watched after watching the first episode i bought all the seasons on DVD. i dont have STARZ but as soon as this season is on DVD im alllllll over it. im gonna watch them all as a refresher ha ha ha.
 
Love spartacus.. although I preferred the original Spartacus before he passed away in real life..
 
I've only seen the first two seasons, I think its time for me to catch up on it and watch the third season and tun into this one.
 
I need to start watching it so I know what everyone in the shop is talking about! It's kind of hilarious to watch Garth and Beef go at it with their swords though. . . .

... there are so very many poor taste jokes to be made here now.... I mean....literally hundreds....I could still be making jokes about this come 2014...but in the interests of morality, family values, good taste and assuring my future supply of sharp metal from Ohio... I wont. That does not mean I am not sitting here snickering away like a teenager......

As I was reading this, I was envisioning the Dark Helmet and Captain Lonestar in Spaceballs when their Schwartz sabers get twisted, giggling like a school girl. Watching Garth and Beef will never be the same
 
I love the show. I normally don't have the channel, so I have to wait till it comes out on netflix or something.

I don't have a Gladius, so I have to be content with my KZII and pretending it is a Kopis.

Or I can break out one of my battle axes, or sword.

I just had a whole Archer episode go through my head when I read this.
 
Spartacus is a favorite here too. I classify it as soft porn with extremely gory violence. It rocks that I don't have to feel guilty about watching because I'm actually watching WITH my Wife.

Win / Win.

Now I need to go bleach my brain of the image of Beef and Garth battling with their Schwartz's... Thanks for that...
 
First season was amazing. Everything after that was ok. Im hoping this season will be a knockout
 
After reading this thread, I decided to go into my on demand and found spartacus. I have been chain watching this show ever since. Amazing!

Wait a minute... It is not historically accurate?!?!?!?
Got to love it anyway.

I enjoy my morning shower, but have never been one for baths. If I lived in Rome It would be three baths a day.
 
After seeing some pictures of the actors on the show, I may have to start watching!
