A year ago I ordered a pair of Custom Knives from Begg Knives. The last email I received from them in Jan stated that my knives would 'hopefully be ready by March' (2010). Since then I've had no contact, they haven't replied to my emails or phone calls.
Their web site only has a phone number and a email address, both which I've been trying. Does anyone else know of a way to get a hold of them and check the status? Since I'm out of the country communication is always difficult, and I'd be disapointed if they couldn't get a hold of me and just sold my knives off to someone else.
Or has something happened that has taken them out of pocket for a while? Thanks much.
