how do you do it? or what's the best way: phone, email, forum message? and can you tell me his number or email?

thank you,
nick

He is a bit of a workaholic and as such it may take him a day or 2 to respond.
Here is his website address with all his details.
He has an active forum on another site. You will find the links on his website.

We all posted at the same time:foot:.....Great minds think alike:)

thank you, do you have any experience with his re-grinds? i want to try them out on my endura and native.

ahh forget it.looks like your question was answered while I was typing.

I find it impossible to get hold of him. I tried a while ago on this forum, he replied, then I asked him for a quote and never heard from him again.
Then a couple weeks ago I tried to get in touch with him about his K9 line, I went to the website and used the e-mail links for both Tom Krein and Daniel Koster, his partner in K9, never heard from either one of them.
Same thing with Mike Snody, you go to his website, there is an e-mail link but I do not know why since he does not reply to e-mails.
I do not like to beg people to take my money and sell me something so I guess I will stay away from custom knifemakers...

At times they actually are busy making knives and filling orders. Be patient...;)

Call him on his cell phone, which is posted on his website. 99% of the time he picks right up, and the other times he quickly responds to voicemail. He had a huge gathering for the USN to prep for and go to in Vegas last week, so for about a month he's been grinding like a mad man. He still answered all of my calls. E mails are too easy to get lost in span folders in my experience, so call him up and you will get ahold of him quick.

I sent him a couple emails over 2 months ago asking about a regrind and never heard anything back. I gave up on it for the time being so I would suggest trying to call if you are serious about getting it done anytime soon.

Sorry guys! I was out of pocket for about a week and trying to get caught up now.

I am pretty good at picking up the phone. Please remember to leave a message if you don't get a hold of me. I am on the phone a good bit and do my best to return calls.

I try to answer emails also, but sometimes I get over whelmed. I am having problems with the email on my web site... please use this one.

THANKS!

Tom
