Well, as some of you know, I'm a journeyman welder/fabricator/part-time knifemaker. I just changed jobs and I'm now headed into a machinist ticket meaning I'll be a double-ticketed machist/welder 4 years from now (making me a metalworking machine
). It also means that I have access to a full machine shop for doing some of the detail work like slotting guards (no more files!!).
So, yeah, anyone got some dials and/or calipers/micrometers kicking around that they were just gonna throw out anyway?
