Getting a rough age for Red Alox Pioneer w/brass liner?

I managed to pick up an unused red Pioneer with brass liner the other day at a roadside fleamarket and was wondering how I might be able to get a rough age? It has unpolished tools if that helps. I would google it myself for info, but am out of country and want to avoid going over my data.
