Getting frustrated

i have tried to order a lefty DPX Hest 2.0 from a reputable dealer, and he first time i got the knife and the box was marked lefty the exact marking is DPHSF006 OD G10/Ti/LH and it was a righty knife in the box, so i called up had a little spat and ordered another one and sent back the first one. Today the second one came and same thing. Is this DPX Quailty control problem and they are putting the wrong knives in the wrong boxes or is it the other company putting the wrong knife in the wrong box to hold onto my money, i am not going to say who the reputable dealer is but they are very well liked and i have used them before.

Have the dealer verify that the knife is indeed left-handed no matter what the packaging says.

i tried the second time but they shipped it out before they could check so now i have to deal with this again really getting pissed
