Help!
Me and my wife managed to divide the cutlery my recent divorce and she got away with all the Global knifes we've been collecting for the last years.
I'm planning to build myself a nice little kit for my new home. A pairing knife, a small Chef's knife (about 15 cm) and a Chef's knife (about 25 cm) is what I'm looking for.
I made a few knives for my brother a couple of years ago with some forged stainless blades from Martinez & Gascon.
They turned out decent but I would like to do it better this time.
Where can I get good quality kitchen blades and shipping to EU? I know Jantz Supply got nice VG-10.
I would buy Enzos chef's knife in a heartbeat if there was a matching set (I still might).
I would prefer a satin blade and not a pattern welded. German style and not asian but I'm flexible.
