Getting pictures off a ghetto phone

Howdy folks-

I'm transferring to a new phone and new carrier, and I've got some pictures of high sentimental value on my old phone. I've tried several times today sending them to my current carrier's website and just saving them to my computer from there, but the message sending repeatedly fails for some reason. Should the worst occur and my service switch and my messages never go through, is there a way to get my pictures off my phone? It sadly doesn't make use of a standard camera-like memory card or anything. (To my knowledge anyway). It's about 3 years old and I don't have the main 'cord' that went with it.

Thanks for your thoughts-

Spooky

Have you tried emailing the photos to yourself and then saving them to your computer that way? I've done that before with my phone when I didn't want to connect it to my computer.

Does your phone have bluetooth? Does your PC have bluetooth? You can send them that way.

Or...

Send them to someone who can then send them back to you on your new number.

I've tried also sending it on an email, also failing for some reason. Gonna keep trying tomorrow though.

Sadly no bluetooth features either.

Maybe just trying to find a data cable would work? I do like the notion of sending them to someone who could send them back.

try resetting your phone, mine was doing that and i reset and it worked fine, for whatever reason.

how to reset?

turn it off/then back on.

i called AT&T and that was the answer to the problem according to them, it worked.

Does the phone have an infrared port ?

My girlfrind had the same problem with here old school phone,
I managed to send the pics to my phone using the infrared port.

If that dosnt work a data cable is probably your best bet

Thanks for the help guys! It wouldn't send the photos to my online account (as it normally would) for about 24 hours, but last night I inadvertently turned it off. Low and behold it sent them just fine!

Some very important pics on there, like when my wife and I (we weren't married at the time) picked our pooch up at the pound. Also pictures of my truck before I rebuilt it. :D

Thanks again folks!!
