A month ago, I had several blades in progress for Blade Show, but sold em.:grumpy: So I made some more and 3of4 are gone. I'm a sucker for sales, I guess.

Now I have the rest of the month to produce at least a few knives for my table. Here's one that I'm hanging on to for dear life...

... and another that still needs a sheath...

Here is the remaining piece from the 4 above...

I'm thinking about doing a few neckers, a couple more midsized blades and some odd accoutrements and leatherwork. There will be some open spaces on the table but I'm there to talk to folks, first and foremost.

Looking forward to it!!!
Rick

ABC - Always Be Closing (the deal). Beautiful knives and sheaths. Thank you for posting.

Thanks monkey-man...

Carl... the Waki is 22" oa, 7.5" handle, 14.5" blade

Rick, great work. I really like the one with the antler tip.. I checked out your shop tour...what do you use the various thongs for ???? I hope you don't wear them while giving manly smooches.... just sayin....

I'd like to have that last one of the 4, love the look and shape but I can wait until you make more after Blade show. Great job!!

Sell me the number 4 - it's clearly not at home with the other two. It would be better if I took it now. ;)

great looking knives. I know what your talking about I was wanting to get 10 knives for the Blade. now I will be happy if I can get 5 or 6....its all good

if youre having a hard time hanging onto those beauties Rick...ill be happy to hold onto them for ya and have em fedexed down to BLADE :D

Two things:
1.) Do you really care who you sell your knives to? A sale is a sale.
and
2.) A lot of "sales" occur with an empty table. (Few knives proves you are in demand.)

And by the way, you are an "O-Row Dude".
I'll prove it on Friday morning of the show.

Great stuff as always Rick. Have a great time at Blade. Hope to see you there, maybe next year.

Pooooorrrrr Rick, no knives for Blade.... I know some makers that have only 1 or 2 and sometimes those are actually deliveries. At least you don't have to worry about stuff being stolen!

A friend of mine used to make knives in 3's, an order, a show knife and usually a 'dream" knife to expand his skills.

Damn. Rick, your blades leave me speachless.

Update... they are all just deliveries, now.... need to make more........ bah.
