Its time to start getting ready for the always amazing Fogo. I must prepare my body for a red meat overload, I think I need to Cool Hand Luke this and eat 50 eggs everyday to stretch my stomach out so I can go for maximum consumption....I want to make it through the whole meal without turning my card to red. mmmmmm Fogo, I love that place, its like my own little chunk of heaven.. can't wait!
 
I am pretty sure I am just as excited as you are! Although it would be impossible for me to eat 50 eggs a day. . . . I'm still ready :thumbup:
 
Garth....it is not the eating of the eggs that will make for the show....it will be their violent reappearance ...!!!!! ;)

It's basically Fogo under different ownership.

We are on a first name basis there and the rib-eye steak guy knows to never pass our table without dropping some big cuts. So, Beef boy, prepare for some competition!!! :)

Man, I wish I could come to Blade!!! Sounds like a blast! I've never been to Fogo, but have been to several different Texas de Brazil locations, which is basically the same kind of place. Haven't been for awhile; maybe my wife and I should go for our anniversary this weekend? (Homer Simpson voice) Mmmmm, meat.... gargle, gargle, gargle...
