Getting SAK replacement tweezers and toothpicks?

So I've been on leave the last few weeks and have been visiting family and ran across and old friend in a box of stuff from my child hood.

It's a Wenger SAK classic 07 sportsman, I put a nice shaving sharp edge back on it and want to replace the long missing and ever illusive tweezers and tooth pick. Is it possible to replace these?

I think it should be possible.

I don´t know where to get these items in the US, but you could ask Wenger directly. Maybe they´ll send you the replacement parts directly from Switzerland... Just shoot 'em an email... http://www.wenger.ch/

Check for Victorinox website (the companies have now merged and the parts should be identical or nearly so). Victorinox has a distributor in CT. The Victorinox factory in Switzerland can also be contacted. When I needed a small part for my Victorinox, I had to use the Swiss contact because Guam did not count as part of the USA ("foreign" for some reason) but I eventually got the part - with excellent customer service.

I do not know Wenger, but I suspect they will be equally helpful. I also noted, just by chance, that Amazon.com was selling the toothpicks and tweezers in batches of a half-dozen or so. I was checking a Victorinox model with the Amazon site and the information cam up. Good Luck.

If you check the Amazon site, there are references and links to SAK parts- even a spare parts kit of various items for about $40. You will have to check which items will fit your Wenger: I have only Victorinox knives.

I know a dealer in VA sells replacement stuff for Vics. Not sure about Wenger. I feel certain a Amazon search should yield some results.

A certain large auction site has many opportunities for these items at low prices.
