Getting Started in Leathercraft

Hi I'm interested in getting started in leathercraft but I can't find any classes in my area, what are the best resources for getting started on your own?

Our own Paul Long (Sheathmaker) here on the forum has a set of DVDs that are very highly regarded. Any book by Al Stohlman will have solid info (through Tandy). This forum has a wealth of info freely shared just a question away.

I'll have to look up those DVDs, just found Al Stohlman's Leatherwork Manual .pdf for free on Scribd so I'll start there, tx!
