Did I miss something, Or is this the technical term for Grivory? One of the Knife websites lists "GFNPA66" as the handle material. Just making sure the handles aren't made with something new.
 
Grivory is a (fiber)glass filled nylon. Nylon is a polyamide type polymer. The most common nylon is nylon 6-6. So I think GFNPA66 is marketing speak for Glass Filled Nylon PolyAmide 6-6. In other words, it's still Grivory, from the Swiss company EMS-Grivory.
