But the original "blackdog" - what a handsome creature!

You know, blackdog, whenever I say "blackdog" I think of that hysterical Chevy Chase movie where he had a dog he simply named "Yellowdog." Ever see it? VERY funny. I'd post a picture of Millie, but it would encourage somebody to come rob my house!

Back to the photos: very cool. I'm going to try to get some more photos from Lalit. And of course, we have some photos on the way from the forumites who have been busy customizing their khukuris - can't wait to see those.

Don't worry Mike, the picture (of me) is 4 years old. I had access to a scanner yesterday and scanned what I had available. The beard is about 75% gray now

Craig, Now you know why I don't go out much. My best friend keeps telling me that he hopes I never move away or die. That would leave him as the ugliest man in Florida.

True story: I was asked to speak to a re-current training class of flight crew members. The subject was legalities and procedures for off-line repairs (How to get the plane fixed in the middle of nowhere). The crews were advised they would have to spend an additional 4 hours with me for re-training if the procedures were violated. Within 3 weeks, 80% of the class (including the instructor) had left the company to fly for someone else.

Whether my face or my attitude (I've been known to be less than gentle with crews that screw up my planes) had anything to do with the mass exodus is uncertain. But I've never been asked to do it again and someone more "sensitive" is now teaching that portion of the class.

Speaking of pictures, I should post the picture of me in my bumble bee costume from last night! My dog was a mosquito, and my wife was a ladybug. Yes, we are strange.

I think you definitely need to post those pix. I feel sure that you'd see a pronounced increase in the number of folks checking out the site.

Craig, I just checked out the photo gallery and your bumble bee photo has not yet been posted. Surely this is an oversight that will soon be corrected, right?
