Is this company defunct? Saw a review of their Banshee skeltonized knife and when I looked around to purchase one, everyone was ‘out of stock’.

Probably. The fb page last post is from 2016 and the website is defunct now.

2015 was the latest info I could scrounge up from the interwb. Seems they were based here in the USA, founded in 2013 by two engineers who worked on various military projects. No new posts after 2015, I think Banshee is now a ghost Ramfl41. No telling how many they produced but maybe you could search the knife exchange section of the board. It is/was a great looking little blade IMO. Good luck
