Hopefully I don't make anybody mad because I'm not trying to start anything negative. I don't expend energy on these forums arguing, and I take no pleasure in offending others.

Ghostwalker's giveaway is the most generous I've ever seen. I just hope the lucky winner is truly deserving of it. It would be great to see it go to a long time CRK fan, or perhaps a long time CRK admirer who cannot afford to own one. I'm in no position to judge who is deserving, but the recent negativity on BF has been very disappointing to me. It's been in terrible contrast to what is an amazing example of generosity.

To the winner, your new knife will bring you a lifetime of pleasure and can be passed on to the next generation. Use it well.

Ghostwalker, May your generosity be returned to you tenfold.

Cheers.

I don't think your going to upset anyone with your post...

As for Ghostwalker's GAW, I know I only speak for myself, but I wish and trust those are all of our hopes.

Ghostwalker, your generosity is a model for all of us! Truly amazing!

Ghostwalker54's giveaway was extremely generous and selfless. It is people like that make this forum and community what it is. Some here have knife making down to an art or science. Some here freely share their knowledge and wisdom with us others, which is wonderful. He wanted to give those who either didn't have the means to own such gear, or those that wanted to own such gear a chance to. That was very selfless and generous of him. What a guy.
Thanks Ghostwalker54!

I know GW has had a tough challenge in his life, one I believe he will emerge from a better man in the end. His GAW is foreshadowing of said belief.

Thank you GW for the great opportunity. I'm one of those CRK fans that will probably never afford one so this chance, is truly appreciated.
Best of luck in your personal life...

I would like to say thanks to BF and its members. Without you none of this would be possible.

It was my intent to bring attention to CRK and an idea born of another country and brought to the U.S. to produce. This is what made America great! We are all of immigrant stock. At the same time I wanted to bring to light that the immigration issues that the State Dept., Homeland Security and, it's underling, the USCIS (formerly known as INS) have allowed to happen due to bad laws that our politicians have continued to leave in place for many years now. There is nothing temporary about a two year temporary green card. Homeland Security and the USCIS show little to no concern over interview process anymore and in most cases are waiving them when a foreign national spouse married to an American decides to divorce with a total disregard to the American's civil and constitutional rights. In light of the latest tragedy I'll simply state that had Homeland Security done it's job and background checked the woman from Pakistan (a country well known for harboring terrorists) the loss of innocent lives may have been obverted. They used to screen people quite heavily coming from certain countries. Simply put: the system is broken with no move by our politicians to fix the real issues. I don't need to tell you where they're laying the blame.

Tomorrow morning I'll post the winner of the small Regular Sebenza. There's no stipulation as to what the winner does with this knife. I hope that they will see what many of us have. A well made American made knife. But, again, no catches here. Whoever wins is free to do with it as they please. I have two and the other one will stay with me.

One day I may have to sell some of my collection in order to continue my fight to get some justice. Until that time I will enjoy using some of my CRK's while only admiring the beauty of others.
