Who saids the Kagas Kantne is too small? It's just right for this guy.

I found him while taking my four year old nephew to Toy-R-Us. This one will sit in the den until the nephew steels him. What better way to display a minature K.

The Kagas Katne is a sweet little khuk. We have two and use them for everything from letter opening to steak knives.

Great value for $10 bucks!

But my wife's favorite kitchen knife is a JKM that we got from Geraldo!

I am reprofiling the edge on my JKM-1, it was a bit on the thick side. It would not slice well so I am slimming it down. I expect it to be an every day carry, all purpose knife when I am done. Size is just right, for that kind of thing.

Welcome to the 21st Century. That was a genetically altered, featherless, breed of chicken. Whether that description applies to our Tisimi is debatable. I am satisfied to think of him as a "khukuri researcher", the most advanced form of HIKV.
