The other day I went to my uncles house and he had a DPX HEST 2.0 and I saw how high quality it was so I bought one I will continue to buy Lionsteel cause of the amazing quality,quality control, and it's made in Italy IMO the best place to have knives made! Thank you Gianni ! Just wish there was a HEST Flipper.
