For those of you who have one of the fixed blade Giant Mouse knives (GMF1-XL or GMF1-S) would you give me your thoughts on it. The good, the bad, and the ugly.

Was just looking at a GM on eBay - Giant Mouse Knives - Really Cool Knives the Atelier the overall look of them - after looking at the GMF1-XL & GMF1-S Skeleton Model - I wouldn't mind having one of each of these - Cool Knives, Made in Italy too, something else I can appreciate, having Italian roots ~ Have you seen the Atelier they Released in March of 2023 ~ the profile of the handle the materials used and the shape of the blade, these are appealing to me, the Green Canvas Micarta is contoured and fits snug in the palm of your hands giving you control and heavy cutting power ~ Made from eLmax Steel too, that was once talked about highly by the collectors they started using eLmax in knifemaking in 2009 and is deemed to be a good Steel ~ So think they are good and not bad and not ugly either ~ While many of their models—especially the limited-edition GM line and several ACE models—are produced in Maniago, Italy "they are also having them made at Bestech Knives in China ~ were you to buy one, make sure it is the Italian Made one's ~ my thoughts are that they are going to have a higher value in the coming years as a collectible, than the Bestech Knives ~ Pretty Cool Knives

I own a GMF 1, no complaints. I bought it to use on my boat while fishing because I got tired of opening a folder, after using it for a few seasons I wish it had a bigger grip. It can be slippery when your hands are wet. No rust and I don't always wipe it down after using it. Has held an edge well, but I only use it to cut line and open lures and snacks on the boat. The blade size is perfect for what I needed. The sheath is starting to show some wear, and I don't think I can buy another one from GM, I prefer leather and haven't looked into a replacement yet, but I know there are several kydex options. If the price doesn't scare you, I would recommend one.

I had the giant mouse dagger used by the Danish Frogmen, or so the description informed me---
Called the Ranae, very nice and lightweight
