Weight: Knife: 7.5 oz. Sheath: 5.5 oz.

Blade: Etched 440C High Chromium Martensitic Stainless Tool Steel, Hardened and Tempered to Rockwell C59, hollow ground and mirror polished

Fittings/Bolsters: 304 Austenitic Stainless Steel, mirror polished

Handle: Polished Sodalite Gemstone

Sheath: Black Rayskin inlaid in deep blue Hand-Carved Leather

That knife is the best thing I've seen in a while. The sheath is spectacular also. I would prefer nothing on the blade, but if there had to be something there, the waves are perfect.

The client requested the wave etching, and I tried to bring together the theme in the gemstone color and pattern, the etching, and the sheath tooling and inlays. This one is very comfortable in the hand, smooth and clean.
 
I really cant wait til this puppy gets here. Thanks again Jay!!! I dare say you did a great job and just what I wanted.

My coworkers were impressed with the Ebony Trailhead I purchased earlier this year. I actually took it in to work today.
