Hi,

Early in my JKD training, my training partner and I used this tape to work our Silat skills. I spent many a hour working from this tape playing... training... rewinding... training... It is a very good overview of basic Silat skills. Guro Gibson works pretty fast, demonstrating the techniques giving some pointers here and there and moves on.

So... this tape is a very good tape for learning and reviewing. Terry is not the most inspirational speaker I've ever heard (but, not the worst either), not any driving rock music in the background (congas at the beginning and end of the tape and between segments), and no fights. But, I would still rate this tape highly.
