Gidgee and Mammoth Tooth Hunter

I've been wanting to put some Mammoth tooth in a handle for some time and finally got it checked off the list.
These two materials just seemed to like each other!
So I ended up with a Take-down San-mai Hunter with a Ringed Gidgee handle and Mammoth tooth inlay.

Amazing how a relatively small design detail like an escutcheon, a well done spanish notch or a nice guard or spacer detail can elevate a knife so much.
