gift boxes for knives

I am gearing up for some Christmas sales, and wanted to know if anyone has a source for gift boxes for knives. I'm thinking of two sizes, one about 2x1x8 and the other about 3x1x12. They don't need to be fancy, just a way to send a knife home with a little more class than a brown paper bag. Thanks.

The pricing is by the case, Some are 100 count and some are 12 count. I bet ebay has a lot,too.

Another thought would be the zippered, lined pouches. Those usually run under $10.00
