This little beauty was sent to me by Vince,I can’t thank him enough for his generosity.Arrived last week and has not left my pocket since.

Wow, that's gorgeous! I love the depth of the bone(?) handle covers. Must really shine in person, in some natural light. Very generous, Vince! And congrats, Bonzo!

My poor camera skill’s do not do the buffalo horn justice.

I'm dying here Vince, that is a great gift. Fine looking knife and very well crafted. Congrats bonzodog.

I have quite a few knife friends outside the U.S.
It seemed every time Andy purchased a knife from me,in a day or two later I ran some kinda sale , that bonzo missed. Plus I knew he'd like it. That is John's Barlow pattern (one of 'em) with no bolsters. The buff is crazy,on it.
While we're BS-ng Lloyds here,I sent out all the knives listed on my site with fish shields ,plus a few others, for my cous to engrave,so be on the look out.

Enjoy Andy.it's my pleasure,-Vince

That looks great, John Lloyd makes a great knife and Vince is one of the best guys around here.

Well done Vince, that's really great of you, and what a lucky guy Bonzo!!....beautiful Scales on that lovely knife.

I am suprised that not more makers use buffalo or cow(from Brazil if possible) horn in their knives. This particular one has hints of rootbeer/gold in it that make you think of tortoise shell a bit. If you sand to about 1200 and a quick buff it is amazing stuff. I realize that some are infected by a beetle of some sort.....but with all of the horn that was used years ago I don't think any large percentage was affected. I love the stuff and I know that Ken Erickson has wondered the same thing about horn not being used much. Who knows................

That's simply stunning :) A great act of generosity Vince
