I want an easy to operate SOG folder for my father for christmas. Its gotta be small and easy to open and close just because hes not into all the new tech. So far I'm looking at a Twitch II or a Flash I. It would also be nice to switch the clip b/c he's left handed and I know the Flash is capable of that but the Twitch doesnt look to be is this true? Any other ideas? How do you guys like these two knives?

I like the Twitch's, and looking at mine(II and XL) it seems switching the clip shouldn't be a problem. The Flash2 is a great knife also, I gave one to my Girl and she thinks its a great knife as well. Although the Flash's do have blade play side to side which I think kind of takes away from an otherwise great knife.
If I was you I would go for the Twitch, If your dad likes a smaller folder the Twitch2 is perfect..(SogWinder is pretty sweet too)

My girlfriend got me a SOG Flash II for our one-year anniversary some time ago and I like it very much. So light you forget it's in your pocket, reasonably strong, assisted opening yet easy to close, low-riding pocket clip, and a useful pocket clip. It's my only SOG, but it's a nice little knife.

Sounds like he would like a SOG Mini Gentleman.
Sadly they are no longer made but could be found I am certain.
These were tough simple little knives made to last a lifetime.
