When a membership is purchased as a gift for someone, how long before they are notified and can change their membership level?

Depends on if the Automated system is used or not. The Automated system is immediate.
You can pay by CC or PP by the automated system, unless you are a non USA customer or purchasing a gift membership.
If the automated system is not used, then Spark has to enter the info manually, that is why theres a slight difference in cost and the wait time.
Generally he tries to take care of things within 72hrs, but seeing as his laptop has been down for repairs for quite awhile, wait times have exceeded that limit.
Keep your thread bumped and have the member who gifted you post the transaction number in this thread and I'm sure Spark will take care of you as soon as he's able.

It might help if both you and TPVT send Spark a note via PM and/or e-mail through the system here. This helps to correlate you two.

:) You can send an e-mail through the system even as a Registered User. No PM's but that is covered.

I'm not trying to be a nag, but I have no other option than posting in this thread. There is no option to email Spark that I can find. It's been over 10 days since TPVT bought this membership. Is there an issue that we can resolve? I really like this forum, and would love to use my full membership if possible. Thanks.

Sparks may be deactivated, I dont see it on his drop down menu, sorry about that
