Lately I've been toying with the idea of gifting a basic membership to anyone who does not have one and buys a knife from me. This way I can give back more to this forum that has supported me over the years.

However, while searching about it on the sticky thread, there is no basic option. Am I missing something or it's only possible to gift a gold membership and above?

Seeing the same thing. Must be a somewhat recent change, as I gifted someone a Basic a few years ago.
