Gigand or Colt mini guardian neck knife ?

Hello.. I am new to the blade forum and neck knives.

Does anyone own or has seen this knife that would care to comment. Appearently it is a Fred Carter knife, has AUS8 steel and a magnet inside the sheath that holds the knife, the price is not to bad......Thinking about one for my wife....Thanks
