I know most of Gil Hibbens stuff is fantasy and kind of junky. A friend of mine bought this Rambo machete and it actually seemed very solid. It is made of 1090 steel. If they got the heat treat right it should be pretty tough and hold an edge well. I can't seem to find any bad reviews and most are very positive. Anyone here have or test one out? What do you think of it? For $39 it might make a good trunk knife.
