Recommendation? Girlfriend buying knives

I started to date a new girl recently, and she bought herself Large clip point Voyager, mostly because I have one.

Then she asked me to exchange mine for hers as it was too stiff for her to close it without pressing it on the edge of the table or something. I told her to leave it halfway open over night, but she insisted I can handle that better so I exchanged mine for hers...

Now she wants a smaller fixed blade too, and I don't know what to reccomend to her. I won't reccomend Viper Berus because she might think I'm crazy as it's so expensive and I own one...

Any recommendations?

Edit: 100€ price range

You didn't give a price range (and I don't know the price of the one you mentioned); so I'll stop there.

Lots of small, reasonably priced knives pop up in the Knifemaker's Exchange.

Around 100€ price range.
Purple Esee Izula.
This could work, I just have to let her know that she has to maintain 1095 steel to prevent corrosion.

You could get her a small carbon steel knife without a coating and let it patina so she wouldn't have to worry to much!! BattleHorseKnives, LT Wright, Smith& sons etc!!
Here's a pic of my bush baby with a coffee grind patina. It's O1 steel. IMG_20200226_064503.jpg IMG_20200226_064512.jpg

So far she likes the Izula suggestion. She knows nothing about steel tho...

Purple izula, Becker Eskabar and MKM Mikro 1 in M390 are her top choices so far. I did warn her M390 might be challenging for her to sharpen.

Really think the Esee (already suggested) Izula or Izula 2. Get it in a nice color. I you go for the Izula I would recommend Esee scales (they are cheap and good) or you could do a cord wrap. I have Posted this Pic before. The scales are Esee G10. Sheath Armatus. Can get them in different colors to. My cost of this build was around 100 USD. I know its more in Europe.

I'm not sure how small you want to go in a blade.

ESEE Xancudo has a 3" blade in S35VN.

LionSteel B35 has a 3.5" in Sleipner.

Fallkniven has a few options in the top of your price range too.

I have no clue what is more available in Europe. Lionsteel is from Italy and Fallkniven is Swedish. It might be easier to get those?

I love my Mora knives - but - the low cost might send the wrong message.
You know her a lot better than us so - I guess it's your call.

Yeah, I love Cold Steel folders, but they wouldn’t be my first choice to gift someone. The Izula I or II is a great choice. The Spyderco Delica or Para 3 works too.

You met a woman that likes knives.....
I think she is a keeper.
Take her out some afternoon for lunch and then to a knife store.
Look over the knives and explain a few things.
When she sees a knife that she likes buy it for her.
Price isn't the the only thing that decides quality.
Find a style she likes and a knife that feels good in her hand.

Lionsteel M1 with olive wood handle has caught her eye but it's a bit over her budget.

For some reason she wants to have "super steel", otherwise she would look into Fallkniven too.

She only wants 2 knives but she wants them to be good.
Sje chose Voyager for a folder, because I have one and because she googled triad lock, now she wants a fixed blade too.

I don't think toughness should be main priority in steel choice tho, as she gave me her new Voyager in exchange for mine that's "broken in" because she lacked sthrenght to close hers...
