GITD Becker Scales (Updated with Daylight Shots)

So I purchased some Glow In The Dark Scales and decided that my BK7 would grace them with its presence. I saw someone else's Green GITD scales and I thought it looked cool, but I would have preferred them in blue. Lo' and behold, blue GITD scales! I held them under a flourescent light for 10 seconds on each side.

AWESOMNESS !!! Where did you get them. I'd like to have a pair for when lending it to the family. Sometimes people leave things outside when they are not thiers & those would make it EASY to find.
 
The real question is "Can you read by the Becker light?" If not its got to be false advertising and I would demand my money back, but all the while asking to keep these great looking scales. How do they look in the day light?

They look like they would be green GITD during daylight, I was actually pissed when I first opened them, then I charged em and boom goes the dynamite. I'll post up uncharged pics later today.
