Vintage offerings from Sweden and Japan. These three are lying around gathering dust... off they go! And quick!
1.) EKA Swede 38
Doesn't appear to have ever been used. Black coated carbon blade. Synthetic handles with Atlas Copco corp. advertisement. I think this one dates back to the 70s or 80s. These 38s are pretty sweet I had one awhile back, makes for a mighty fine slicer. Also can be disassembled in a jiffy. Tight blade great walk and talk. Comes with box and paper and a pocket stone.
2 & 3.) Sabre Japan Trapper and Monarch Japan Jack. Synthetic covers carbon blades. I tightened up the pivots on both of these to cure the mega blade wobble. But they still both suffer from pretty severe blade rubbing. Other than that they're very serviceable knives with decent snap and nice thin blades. Edges need some work.
I'll be picking one winner to take all three. This one's open to all regulars. Post some variation of "I'm in" accompanied by whatever you care to post. Post as many times as you like. Those outside the states, feel free to join in, I'll ship wherever. As stated this is a short one, winner picked Sunday evening.
Winner selected via random.org.....
