I have a small quantity of these stickers - Case used to use them on their "counter hone", which was a sharpening stone mounted on a wooden block with a space at the end for a can of honing oil.

These date to the 1960's to 1970's.

You should send one of those to the fellas doing the sharpening at case for the last 8 years or so. Maybe they'd be able to send out a knife with a point on it and no flag-like burrs.

Not an entry, but a very cool "artifact"! I enjoyed the excellent photos. I was a little surprised to see the recommendation of 10 degrees per side; that's not the standard manufacturer's advice nowadays, is it? I wonder why the change.
