Question Giving Feedback

I would like to leave positive feedback for another member that purchased a knife off me. However, it gives me an error stating that I must have started the thread or replied to it (or something along those lines). The problem is that I did start the thread I selected and it still gives me the same error. Does the other person also have to post within the thread in order to give feedback for the purchase?

Yes. Both must post in the thread, and the thread must be a sales thread in the exchange. Otherwise the software does not recognize it and will not let feedback be given.
