Got some Venison the other day from one of my mom's neighbors. Figured I'd cut it up into steaks and serve it with veggies. Used my Esee-4 to do all the cutting. I like pictures and know that you guys do too, so I thought I'd post some Esee-4 action in the Kitchen.
I had fresh tomatoes, sauted onions, Broccoli and yams to go with the Venison. Seasoned the venison with Garlic Salt and black pepper. The onions were sauted in butter. The combination of Onion on the venison with the tomatoes was pretty dang good IMO.
Here I am slicing up the Yam:
Yam and Broccoli all cut up:
Vine rippened tomatoes ready to be sliced:
All sliced up (Tomatoe was so soft a juicy I had to be carefull):
More pictures in next post.
