Hello All:

I'd like to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving...

I'd like to give special thanks to my good friend Bruce Bump, who has taken me under his wing and been helping me learn the fine art of knifemaking. I have a long way to go, but hopefully Bruce will always be there to give me advice and encouragement.

Bruce, I hope you and your fine family will enjoy this great holiday season and again Thank You for all your help this past year or so. I am looking forward to our next visit and hopefully you'll be up and moving around a bit more.

Take care everyone and I'll keep reading this great forum and hopefully now that I'll have some room for a shop, you guys will get to see some of my Bruce Bump inspired work.

Happy thanksgiving to you too. and to everyone out there. I hope you are all in good health with good friends and good families. I was just reloading the page to post a happy thanksgiving to all and i was beat to it! Happy thanksgiving especially to my teacher IG and to Hellen the real boss of the house!(and thedogs too) Happy thanksgiving to all the N.E.C.K.A. members too!
 
It is so good to have good friends. Bob has driven the 100 miles each way between us endless times to learn knifemaking and help me out around here. I owe him allot. He was here when I fell off my ladder while we were working on our house. He picked me up and dusted me off.

Thanks for the warm wishes Bob. I hope the same for You and Your family this holiday season.

Let me know when the new shop goes up. I will come and lend a hand. Just dont let me climb any ladders.

A happy Thanksgiving to all. I'm thankful for family and friends and today I'm also thankful for the deer I got this morning and my new knife (thanks Dan Gray) to take it apart with, then it will be off to carve the turkey .

Bruce is a great guy and a great teacher also,you will do great things with your knives before you know it,just keep up the great work.Good friends and teachers are sometimes hard to come by and you have found one of the Best in Bruce..

Happy Turkey Day Guys...I am thankful that I am not having any of IG heat treating relish...I don't need a trip to the emergency room today....to much turkey to enjoy!!!!:D :D :D

Best wishes to all from my family as well...had to switch from turkey to Cornish Game Hens after I got my forge! Can cook those babies in under a minute! :p
