Giving wrong feedback to seller

Last night I submitted the wrong feedback rating to a forum member and I would like to get it resolved

Please send me a PM and I will send you the details to get it rectified.

Click on his user name to go to his profile page.
Click on Feedback Score and find View Complete Feedbacks for ...
Find the summary for your transaction and click on the red triangle icon.
Fill in the details in the box that opens up. Spark is the only one who can act on this.

The feedback needs to be reported. To do this go to the feedback page and there will be a symbol that triangle with an exclamation point inside,click that and send a report.
