Just found the Traditional forum last night and i'm glad to see I have someone to talk to about my disease.

It started innocently enough after buying a Buck Deuce a couple weeks back and now I can't stop showing it off to everyone! This coming payday should be interesting to say the least. For some reason the wife doesn't seem as excited as I am though :D

Yeah, my wife couldn't care less. My daughter likes knives though!

my wife doesn't care much either, but i'm not really sure if she know's exactly how much i spend on these dang things. we're glad to have you here, and be prepared for your money to be gone quicker than you can blink.

thanks
sam

I was reading on CPF a few weeks back and a member there spent $30K worth of flashlights in less than a year. Enjoy the new disease of traditionals...

Welcome to the forum. This is not the place to treat the slipjoint fever. In fact it will cause it to get worse. Again, welcome to the forum. Watch out for those customs!! They are pretty hard on the knife budget. But they are pretty much irresistible.

Pictures, we must have pictures.

Uh-oh, the dreaded flashlight strain. I need a couple of good flashlights, but I hope I don't catch that strain of accumulatism. - Ed

Welcome Mike,
This Trad sub forum is a great place to see all kinds of traditional knives & get info & reviews on them.Weather it be the latest out,or the oldest & most rare & scarce.
Bladeforums also offers a great exchange area,as well. Since so many of us knife nuts are constantly chasing the next knife. It allows for some relief,in order to keep on going.

Welcome to the OP. And you in no way should look at the hundreds of pics in this link if you value your bank account. http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=547127

Welcome, Mike, and relax...

It's all downhill from here...

;)

Man, I know what you mean...

Traditionals, B. Levine's, and the customs forums are fun, educational, and hard on the budget. Which is why I'm currently single.

Welcome.
I found the site by accident recently, joined almost immediately.
I don't think I have missed a day, that I didn't drop in to see what's going on and
veiw the knives other members post.
I learned how to post pictures here from a member who took the time to explain.
Good folks here and the moderators control the theme of the subforum very well.
