Gladius thickness...

Can anyone tell me what the thickness is on the Gladius?

I'm seeing .30 on a few places, but nothing definitive

I'm pretty sure the info in this thread is the "definitive" info you are looking for. I know first hand the gladius info is correct at .30"

What is everyone measuring? Where is everyone measuring at, right in front of the handle? For all those that is coming up with about .30" in thickness, you must all have coated ones. I read the satin ones where about .27" thick.

I measured right at the pommel. Mine is coated in black crinkle coat.
